cars cars!

saw some interesting cars at harbourfront today and at the carpark, we saw...

wow yes a lambo quite outstanding from the others, probably belongs to the boss of that marketing group. then went inside harbourfront, constructions are done, it looks more spacious now, with some new shops. there was a renault show room and then we saw...
a renault clio. whats so special? well, its the paintwork! its matt black. this car made everyone want to take a step forward and touch it. and i thought only bengs will zhng their car like that.

1 evening wasted

one precious evening wasted away coz i fell asleep while studying, damn! dunno why so tired. guess i shall sleep early today and try to get back all the jing shen for the next 2 weeks. anyway heres a joke i heard from class 95 i think 2 weeks ago just before the oral path practical test.

Every student in class had to sign a form stating that he/she did not cheat in the exams by having any form of communication with other people or hidden notes or books, before they could get back their results. so this boy went up to the teacher and confessed:"teacher, during the exam, i communicated with God, i asked him to help me." the teacher replied:" don't worry, i'm sure God didn't hear your prayer"

yes people! just started playing need for speed most wanted and so have decided to put a pic of my own ride on my blog, so whenever i get a new car or zhng it, u will be able to see it up there! haha starting the series is golf gti which had a funny comment in a car magazine i read in borders today. under "cons" of the car, the reviewer wrote "everyone wants it, everyone has it, but i don't have it"

size does not matter!

yes! small in size it may be, but big in taste it is! thats right, its been a long time since it was first launched. many people including me have always mistaken this little fella for a miniature zinger because of this stupid picture which they always use. but dun be deceived! mini zinger its not! In between the soft sesame seed bun is a chicken thigh patty seasoned with yes! colonel sanders' very own original recipe! not the hot and spicy crap as what the picture suggests. for all you original recipe fans out there, this mini burger will not disappoint you. for a mere $2.95 you get a or fillet burger, a small whipped potato and a regular drink, what else can u ask for hahaha "you pee you qee"(hokkien) topped with healthy lettuce and a tasty sauce, you will definitely drool for this dude.

a little rest

yes! finally the tests are over, a little break for me before the real mugging for the finals begin sigh the onlaughts of tests really damn irritating, especially when its on the next day after chinese new year and valentines day!! damn it, calling out to all D***** students, pls do an honest feedback during the feedback survey heh i'm going to tell them off heh heh not too bad a week, completed a competency thanks to my army friend kenley.

Happy V-day to all lovers out there and especially to xx!! sorry have to spend vday with u studying heh hmm gave her a self made card and some chocolates instead of flowers. well i know some of u may think "darn he is so cheapskate!" well true to some extent hehe but then i feel that why spend so much money on something which will eventually die off, letting florists or other people rip u off, conform to societys' expectation. instead, you could have bought something with more sentimental value, something which could be kept. one reason why i think girls like flowers is to show off to other people that her bf is good to her on that one overhyped day. but whats the point if every girl gets one? size of the bouquet determines the winner? i dun think so. oh dear i better stop, if not i will be condemned by all the girls out there haha

seems like there will be a school fees hike in nus, well sometimes i just wonder how come fees are so high, maybe coz the materials we use are expensive but then again some lecturers can't really teach properly, some always mia, of course i can't deny that there are really good ones who actually make a good effort to impart the knowlege and experience. heard from xx that at the arts side, they are wearing black tomoro as a sign of protest, i wonder how effective will that be. even if we d***** students do that, we wouldn't even be noticed haha coz theres only 34 of us and chucked away in a corner of the campus.

was alone on 963 today, listening to my mp3 player as usual. lots of thoughts flooded my mind, mostly negative ones though, just as what the stress lectures taught us, when ones in stress, signs like negative thoughts will come about. so why like that? is the devil playing manipulating us when we are at our most vulnerable? or we are evil by nature? perhaps we are too occupied with what we are doing that we do not even know when we step on the peoples' toes. i dunno, i dun believe so. its quite upsetting to realise that conflicts and quarrels among good friends are happening and sometimes you do not know which side to be on. just be neutral? thats what i always do. maybe i'm just escaping, its quite troublesome to be in such a mess, rather stay out of it. but sometimes, i do get negative thoughts too when i'm stress. this i realise when i came into dentistry. you start to become suspicious of your surroundings, wondering who your true friends are. but as time progresses, you'll start to see peoples' true colours and discover who your true friends are. if only people in school are like this Dr TPH, so nice and always encouraging, maybe then school will be a much better place. dentistry would be fun and learning wouldn't be a chore. maybe its the screwed up education system that emphasizes so much on academic excellence, so much so that people become so competitive that conflicts arises, but then again without competition, singapore wouldn't be who She is today. Fortunately, still have xx who is always so supportive. have been having this constant headache recently, wonder if i'm having any tumour or terminal disease heh just another dumb thought heh

Fortunately during the busride, zhong jie gu dan by Mayday was played. well, the lyrics was quite encouraging and has a cheerful tune. it kinda broke my chain of thoughts and well it was quite soothing heh perhaps i shall introduce a uplifting song once in a while so stay tune!

13 bends

had an impromptu supper last night with xl and yh at around 2.30am. was feeling very hungry after chatting online so we just went for it. headed over to west coast area where we went to fong seng for some prata. after having our fill, we decided to explore kent ridge park since we had never been there before. armed with the "driver's manual" we drove on and found our way there after a few wrong turns. up there, we came upon this dark carpark and a car was parked there. haha we parked beside that car and to xl's surprise, she saw a guy on top of a woman and both of them looked up at her. the funny thing was that theres another van which came into the carpark. inside was this malay guy and his girlfriend. they drove and park on the otherside of that car and peeped in as well! lol that was so funny, we then left the carpark and went to kentridge park proper. there were couples there kissing as well but we just walked around the park and enjoyed the scenery. one scary thing happened. i tried to take a picture of the scenery but something wierd happened. the screen got distorted and "picture capture failed" appeared. the rest got scared and so we walked off. tried the famous 13 bends of south buona vista rd at hmm probably about 50-60km/h, couldn't really go any faster, too much roll with the car's stock suspension but then hmm quite a fun experience. must really take alot of guts to actually drift in such tracks heh

reincarnation

hi folks! my site is back, alive and kicking! no thanks to toshiba harddisks of course which crashed. so i have decided to try out blogspot instead, geocities running out of space anyway. this is just a temporary look for the site heh, abit busy now with tests and exams coming up, probably touch it up abit .

well, this year's chinese new year wasn't as exciting probably due to the fact that i have a test immediately after chinese new year holiday!! wth! staff gets to celebrate while we students have to mug like crazy, please wake up your ideas! schools getting more competitive, could be the course, but perhaps the people who make it so. group dynamics will change, politics will be there, unpleasant things happen when stress sets in. i guess people are different, its hard to live in harmony especially coming to the 4th year. shit i dunno what i'm talking already... just hope no one hates me. world peace! remembered this song, 1st sang it in SJI leadership camp, though no leader i am, everytime i hear this song, reminds me of the great times i had there then and to treasure the people around me. hope this song works for everyone of you out there!
