happy bday siwen!

went to sg flyer for siwen's bday on tuesday.

fy had a voucher at o'learys so headed they to try

presenting sw's bday present! haha she actually put it on but then she refuse to let me post it

the food was generally ok, normal western. reasonably priced too. after the meal, went out to take a walk, couldn't resist taking a few shots, has been a long time since my camera has been utilised.

simple vday celebration

once again, its vday, happy valentines day for couples and happy S.A.D(Singles Awareness Day) day as what found out from my american cousin heh had to work in the morning, went back for lunch and washed xiao huang. started my last min. vday prep, making my own rabbids vday card haha and then went all over to hunt for flowers and bag for xx.

met xx at 6+ and headed down to turf club for some chilli crab!! even though its away from the city, there was still a crowd. the stupid restaurant sectioned off an area for ppl who want to get their valentines special @ $131++!! all we wanted was chilli crab, so we waited for half an hour to get seats.

finally had our seats!

took a long time for our 1st dish to arrive, ostrich meat! yumm tender like venison, nice

followed by usual kang kong belachan

and finally!! hot chilli crab! shiok sia especially the pincers, juicy meat soakded in warm sweet and spice chillicrab sauce wooo heaven, not forgetting the crispy man tous as well delicious
all of the above for $60 bucks! who needs a $131 valentines meal hahaha

sped down to cineleisure to catch benjamin button. one idiot almost collided into me by not checking his blind spot arghh benjamin button, what can i say, its a very very very very very slow show, the slow background music didn't help much haha its more than 2 hours long, without any climax in the show. the effects are very good i must say. at least i survived without falling asleep haha 7.5 oats!
