HK day 3 - ocean park / victoria harbour / tsim sha tsui

3rd day, plan -> ocean park and victoria harbour
yes to start off

today's breakfast not as good, porridge too watery, you tiao soggy and cold but anyway, ocean park!!

1st thing was to rush to the show which was a good move coz the next show turned out to be full house.

our warm up ride, the ferris wheel!

xx's soles came off, thankfully for hm's rubber band and also chewing gum, we could put her sole back. wanted her to get some dolphin slippers haha

took the rollercoaster and viking, but after that dt got abit sick haha so had a rest while me and xx went on to try this
freaking high i tell u. really nervewrecking when it got all the way to the top but surprisingly the drop was quite controlled so not that bad

have to settle for some slower rides, took this tower ride, something like the carlsberg tower in sentosa, actually i think its the same machine haha

went on to the aquariums, the chinese sturgeon aquarium, atoll reef and jelly fish spectacular

this huge manta ray really loves attention
the atoll reef aquarium is really unique, this is the top layer, a fake island, then the aquarium brings u down into the "ocean" so u can see what kind of sea animals lives at which level. the deepest of course are the weirder and huge monsters

at the jellyfish spectacular, there were different types of them. this one is called the upside down jellyfish. but they were not the funnier ones. the prc tourists were more hilarious haha the place is actually dark inside with mirrors to make it look grander. so these tourist were quite blur, dunno where to go. they stick in bunches and walk straight into the mirrors, got lost and just circle around haha we quickly exited the place before they bump into us.

wanted to take the cable car down to the other side of the park but it was too crowded. so took a shuttle bus down. we wanted to catch the pandas! yes!!

first time seeing a real panda, really look like a toy hyaha so cute just sit there and eat and eat and eat and eat



our last stop before leaving ocean park, next up to tsim sha tsui

took a cab down to the pier to catch the famous star ferry across to victoria harbour
